Return Policy for Recyclable Materials and Used Items

1. Inspection and Acceptance

2. Eligibility for Returns

3. Return Process

    • The buyer must notify the seller of any discrepancies, damages, or issues within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • The seller must issue a return authorization before materials are sent back.
  3. Return Logistics:
    • The seller will arrange for the collection or provide instructions for the return of materials.
    • The cost of returning materials will be borne by:
      • The seller if the return is due to their fault (e.g., incorrect delivery).
      • The buyer if the return is due to a change of mind or any other buyer-specific reasons.

4. Refund or Replacement

  1. Refund:
    • If the materials cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned materials.
  2. Replacement:
    • If eligible, the seller will replace the returned materials with correct or acceptable materials within 10-15 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following materials are generally non-returnable unless otherwise agreed:

  • Hazardous or contaminated materials that require special disposal.
  • Materials that have been altered, processed, or damaged after delivery.

6. Exceptions

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The buyer fails to notify the seller within the specified time frame.
  • The materials were damaged due to mishandling by the buyer after delivery.
